Cancellation Policy

You can cancel or reschedule your booking by email or telephone. Your booking is not cancelled until you have received confirmation from Meraki Equestrian Centre.

In the event that you have to cancel for any reason, cancellation fees will be calculated as follows:

  • Cancellation 7+ days prior = refund less credit card transaction fees or reschedule date. 
  • Cancellation 2-7 days prior = refund less 20% of the total fee paid or reschedule date (subject to availability) 
  • Cancellation 24- 48 hours prior in cases of illness = no refund, but can reschedule date (subject to availability) 
  • No Show = No refund. 
  • If you are late and we cannot reschedule the ride you will be required to pay in full.  We ask all clients to arrive 15 minutes before their ride time.
  • Any refunds will be made back to the credit/debit card used via Stripe/PayPal within 30 working days less transaction fees.

Meraki Equestrian Centre uses a booking system called Vagaro. It allows us to collect all the necessary information, rider profiles and waivers from you, and it is all kept in your account. This helps ensure that we are complying with all of our insurance requirements. 

Our booking system also has the ability for you to manage your children's profiles / bookings from your login. 

We have found that some new clients have had difficulty signing up, so we have created this form so that we can assist you in creating your account.
