Our lessons are designed to be accessible and beneficial for clients of all abilities, offering options such as Equine Facilitated Learning, which concentrates on ground-based learning, and Therapeutic Horse Riding Lessons, tailored to support and empower every individual.

We encourage carers to get in touch with us before arranging the first lesson to ensure we can cater to the specific needs of your client. It is essential for a carer, parent, or guardian to stay on-site throughout the session to ensure a supportive and safe environment.

These programs aim to enrich the lives of clients with diverse abilities, providing an empowering experience that promotes independence, confidence, and skill development in a nurturing and inclusive atmosphere.

Booking Process for NDIS

Step 1

Complete the Application Form

To ensure that we have all of the details that we need from you to invoice your plan, please complete the following form prior to making your first booking.

Register for an Account

As a guardian (18+) Sign up for an account with our trusted booking system provider ‘ECPro.co.uk’. Each adult rider must have their own account.

Verify your Email Address

Check your Inbox for your verification link to give you access to your account.

Step 4

Add Riders

Create a Rider Profile for yourself and/or each (under 18) rider that you will be making bookings for. Ensure date of birthday, weight and height are entered correctly. This will help us assign your horse.

*Please Note: If the rider who is being registered is 18 years and over, they must have an account in their own name.

Step 5

Rider Grading

Please allow us up to 2 weeks to process your application and account changes.

Step 6

Bookings

We will prebook your 10 lessons for you.

NDIS Application Form

Work with you / your support worker to utilise your funding.

This is where we will send invoices.
Our team will work with you / your support coordinator to help ensure you are using the correct line item number to utilise your funding.

Welcome! 

Meraki Equestrian Centre uses a booking system called Vagaro. It allows us to collect all the necessary information, rider profiles and waivers from you, and it is all kept in your account. This helps ensure that we are complying with all of our insurance requirements. 

Our booking system also has the ability for you to manage your children's profiles / bookings from your login. 

We have found that some new clients have had difficulty signing up, so we have created this form so that we can assist you in creating your account.
